Comments

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information. Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. Other data collected from contact forms on the website are kept indefinitely and third parties each have their own privacy policy on how long data is kept, they can also be found in within this policy.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In addition to our hosting provider Bluehost’s current data protection regulations, we also provide an SSL certificate on our site to establish a secure and encrypted connection between yourself and our website. Security audits and updates are completed regularly on our website to ensure that Embloom takes all reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse or loss from unauthorised access or disclosure.
