Refund Terms

At Embloom, we take customer satisfaction seriously, and we want you to be 100% sure on your purchase. We recommend that you please choose carefully, as we will NOT provide a refund if you change your mind.
If, however you receive a product that is damaged (e.g., cracked pot), we will happily organise to fix/exchange this for you, noted that we have been made aware of this issue within 24 hours of delivery. Please send through any pictures of product damage to info@embloom.com.au within the 24 hours of delivery for us to assess the images and go from there.

Colour Disclaimer

Please note that at Embloom, we try our very best to provide accurate images of our products and their colours, however due to different device screens, photography lighting and other photo shooting factors, actual colours may vary slightly. In purchasing one of our products, you as the customer are agreeing to accept the small risk that there could be a slight variation of colours to what you perceive in the product image, and that Embloom will not take responsibility if the product’s colours are not what you thought.

Delivery Terms

When placing an order for delivery, please use a residential/business address.
We do not send our orders to PO boxes.

Please make sure that the delivery address is correct and that someone will be at the receiving end of the delivery. If your recipient is not home, our courier drivers will leave your order in a secure hidden spot at the allocated delivery address. If there is nowhere safe to leave your order, our courier driver will leave a note in the mailbox of the delivery address, advising the recipient to call us and the flowers will come back to the studio. If your order must be redelivered, a second delivery fee will apply, so please make sure you have provided all the correct details.

Should you happen to write down the incorrect address on your order, please contact info@embloom.com.au as soon as possible, so that we do not send your order to the incorrect address. We will not offer a replacement or refund if incorrect delivery information is given. It is the sender’s responsibility to make sure they have all the correct details and instructions to give us at Embloom.
